In collaboration with EVB Creative and The Levity Department, two strategic marketing partners, we developed a marketing brand and sales campaign for Thomas Mountain Ranch, a real estate development located outside of San Diego. Their unique proposition of a secluded, pristine high desert location near a major city, with homes that capitalize on best possible lifestyle attributes, made this brand and the marketing campaign to support it, the talk of the town.
